The Nova Scotia Association of Architects (NSAA) has awarded its top honor, the Lieutenant Governor’s Medal of Excellence, to Lean-to House.Mackay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects will be presented with the award by the Honorable Brigadier-General J.J. Grant, OMM, CD, ONS this summer.

MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects Cliff House has been selected as a finalist for the 2014 AZ Awards People’s Choice Awards in the ARCHITECTURE – Residential Buildings category.

Truro Library Update

Last Thursday night, MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects unveiled the design for the new Colchester-East Hants Public Library to the residents of Truro. Preconstruction work on the Normal College is now underway with the new facility slated to open in 2015.
